I'm about to do a walking meditation. I'm taking my stones out with me. Basically, I'm walking my stones.
stones are always stationary it can take centuries and centuries for stones to slowly shift or move
to even the slightest degree taking your stones for a walk helps to activate their special
absorption power. It awakens the stones precious mineral compositions. Walking
your stones helps you to stay focused on your stones instead of your mind
wandering away as you walk.
so
This exercise is to give your stones window time, just like you would look out the window.
you place your stones on the windowsill or you can put the stones in your hand as well in front
of the window and you can make sure your stones get some window time. I'm going to put them here
on the sill. Now why would you give your stones window time? Because it's important to feel
what you feel when you look through a window, when you look outside, whether you're in the office,
you're at home, you're at work somewhere. Because what happens is emotions tend to rise
and percolate out of us when we look out of windows. This is a great chance for the stones
that you named to absorb some of those emotions that are actually percolating, coming up out of
your body, your soul, your being. It's a great chance for these stones to catch on to those
emotions as well. So window time with your stones is very important. Plus you want to
envision that your stones can see and they can see outside of the window as well.
So this is a great moment in this exercise.
